The Amici della Musica Association of Alcamo is glad to announce the 25rd edition of the Città di Alcamo International Opera Singing Contest.
The event will be held in Alcamo (Sicily, Italy) from 04 to 07 May 2023, at the Cielo d'Alcamo Theater, at the Marconi Congress Centre.
Singers from all nations may take part in the Contest, provided that they were born between January 1st, 1988 and May 1st, 2005.
To participate in the Contest, candidates must fill out and submit the Application Form no later than April 19, 2023.
Candidates may apply in one of the following manners: on-line form through the Contest Website; or e-mail.
The cost of stay the first 100 entrants to the Contest will be covered by Organizing Committe (see art. 3 of the Regulations, as published in our website: www.amicimusicaalcamo.it).
Participants must submit a programme including 6 arias. The 6 arias must be by no less than thre different authors, of wich, at least 3 italian.
